SHIRALEA PET RESORT BOARDING AGREEMENT
I/We………………………………….agree that the following conditions will apply during any period my pet/s board at SHIRALEA PET RESORT
VACCINATIONS: A yearly update “Booster” is essential, and a current certificate showing immunization against the following must be presented prior to entry, and have been administered at least 2 weeks prior to acceptance of your pets for boarding. No Certificate, No entry.
DOGS: C5 Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvo Virus, Parainfluenza, Bordetella Bronchiseptica (Canine Cough)
CATS: F3 Feline Panleucopenia, Feline Respiratory Disease, Feline Leukemia, Feline Immunodeficiency Virus
I/We hereby give consent for the proprietors to obtain any veterinary services deemed necessary in the event of my animal becoming sick or injured whilst in their care and I/we agree to pay all costs incurred, as a result, including travel time etc.
I/We also agree that there shall not be any liability (whilst all due care is taken) or responsibility imposed on the proprietor or staff in respect of any matter whatsoever in the event of loss, death, injury or sickness of my pet during the period of boarding. In the event of my pet not being collected by myself (or another authorized person) by the agreed time, I/We agree to pay any additional boarding costs incurred. If alternative arrangements for collection are not made within 7 days (7) Shiralea Pet Resort has the right to deliver my pet to the Animal Welfare League (or other appropriate pady), dispose of or relocate the animal, and to pay any costs incurred due to this action, together with any outstanding boarding or legal fees incurred.
Entry into pet enclosure/s unassisted by staff, and/or removal of your or any other persons pet from the premises without express permission/consent from proprietors/staff of Shiralea Pet Resort constitutes trespassing and will lead to prosecution.
Any legal or collection costs incurred for any reason whatsoever arising will be at the expense of the owner and/or the signatory on the contract.
OPEN STRICTLY by appointment only 10 am-11am, 3pm-4pm Monday to Friday. Saturday 10 am-12 noon sharp.
Please note – Daily rate includes day of entry and day of exit, regardless of time. Boarding rates subject to change without notice.
An additional charge will apply for medical administration of any description, extra feeds, own or special food, per application.
An administration fee applies to all phone calls/faxes to and from Vet Surgeries, etc, to confirm or clarify validity of vaccination certificates.
All care but no responsibility for items left, i.e. toys, leads, beds, rugs etc. Delivery or postage charge will apply.
CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC EVERY SUNDAY, animals still under full care. Closed CHRISTMAS DAY, PROCLAMATION/BOXING DAY, NEW YEAR’S DAY, EASTER FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY. A SURCHARGE WILL APPLY FOR OPENING OUTSIDE THESE, OR ANY OTHER OUTSIDE HOURS, FOR ANY REASON.
A NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE Administration and Booking fee is required to confirm your booking, which will be deducted from your final account. Total balance of boarding the day your pet is checked in to stay. No reduction in cost for early collection.
Cancellation FOR ANY REASON will result in forfeit of the booking/admin fee.
Pick up and delivery service available by prior arrangement. Fee applies. 24 hour notice required for any changes to times specified.
Authority from owner required for persons other than owner/s of pets to collect animals on their behalf. The person must be familiar with pets and known by the animal/s and be able to fully identify them by sight and handle them with confidence and control.
Advise if any bitch/queen is in season, no responsibility for accidental matings. Please advise if your pet has any behavioral problems, such as excessive barking/howling, digging, aggressive with people or other animals, disobedient or hard to catch. Any special commands to eat, stay, sit etc. Scared of thunder/lightening etc. This knowledge will enable us to deal with these bad habits before they become a problem, thus making your pet’s stay with us as stress free as possible for both us and your pet. Excessive destruction by your pet is at your expense.
PAYMENT METHOD: CASH, POSTAL NOTE, EFTPOS, MASTERCARD, VISA. APPROPRIATE BANK SURCHARGES WILL APPLY ON ALL CARD TRANSACTIONS. CHEQUES ARE NOT ACCEPTED unless by prior arrangement.
